On September 18, 2024, we celebrated the Blessing and Dedication of the Center of Evangelization, home of All Saints Catholic School and Faith Formation programs. Bishop Walsh and numerous priests who have served our parish came to be witness to this joyous moment in our rich Catholic history here in Alpena.

The All Saints Catholic School and Faith Formation students sang “This Little Light of Mine” before Mass.

Bishop Walsh invited all of the children to come down to sit in front of him during his homily.

Thank you to our wonderful choir for singing and playing so beautifully throughout the Mass.

After Mass, Bishop Walsh walked around the building, from room to room, sprinkling a holy water blessing throughout as bells rang through the hallways.

Bishop Walsh finished in the gym, and he stood over the logo on the floor and prayed for several minutes as the bells trickled to silence. Then everyone celebrated!
